History: I just worked it out and feel very old. I worked on my first database over twenty years ago when I looked after a social club’s membership system. Since then been working towards getting my job at BGS. I was the 1st employee of BGS and am very proud of the database we’ve built.
If you had champ man stats – what would your highest be: If there was a ‘clumsy lunging’ stat, it’d be high. I had to stop playing as I kept hurting people by mistake. Maybe adaptability?
Favourite Pastime: Hanging out with my daughter, she’s just over 1 1/2 and very funny. I spend a lot of time supporting Spurs but am not sure if it’s a favourite pastime or an obsessive dependency.

Job Title: Producer
Job Description: Most of what I do is about planning and reviewing features that are added to each game. This is actually quite a lot of work as it involves knowing where the strengths and weaknesses are with the game and making sure we have enough time to get everything added to the game to a good standard. To do this successfully I need to have a good grip on everything that is being added to the game. I gather much of this information by reviewing design, code implementation and then the bugs that testing has thrown up with each feature. I also try to read all the feedback from the forums to make sure we are making a game that you’ll all like to play!
History: My history in the games industry started in the QA department at Eidos (for anyone want to get into game this is a good starting point). Whilst at Eidos I was mainly used as a tester specialising in Championship Manager and was on the testing teams for both CM99/00 and then CM00/01 (my personal favourite version). I then moved on to pastures new at EA and ended up being promoted to an Assistant Producer for TCM03 (Total Club Manager), I was then offered the chance to join BGS to work on the development for CM5, CM2006 and beyond.
